First Annual Fundraiser in support of safehope home

Fundraising for Freedom hosted our first annual fundraiser in support of SafeHope Home, an organization dedicated to supporting those who have been affected by human trafficking.

The event was hosted at Carruther's Creek Golf and Country Club with a cocktail reception catered by Angel's Catering. The night consisted of live music by Plan B and guest speakers including Detective Sergeant Ryan Connolly of Durham Regional Police Services and Katarina MacLeod from Rising Angels. Alongside the food and music was a silent auction and raffle with many amazing prizes from wonderful donors.

The event raised $5, 198 that was donated directly to SafeHope Home.
